DETERMINE
First of all our objectives at Procuremasters is to get a thorough understanding of the business need. We achieve this through thoroughly embedding ourselves within the ultimate business objectives of the client through actively listening to problems and then establishing the wider sustainable options. Based on the options identified, we categorise each aspects of the objectives and match them with sustainability strategies.
DESCRIBE
Next in the methodology is to define the roadmap and benchmarks for success for the problem identified. We work with our network of suppliers identifying key suppliers that meet the requirements, work with a network of suppliers and also with transporters and most crucial of all we have expert knowledge on the geographic areas that offered the strongest chance of rate savings for clients. We work closely with the client and the other main stakeholders to shed light on the problem and set the scale and idea for the engagement.
DEVISE
The next critical stage is to plan a customised and pragmatic strategy that adds immediate value to our client. At the stage, our due diligence is complete and acted upon, we match the clients requirements with that of Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), negotiate price which is of utmost benefits to the client.
DELIVER
At this stage, the transaction is completed and implemented in the short term and we ensure the key requirements align with the initial stated objectives. We work closely with the client and ensure delivery of all stated objectives and capacity is built within our client to ensure sustained change in the long-term is driven.
REVIEW
This stage is the post transaction stage where we ensure constant client and supplier relationship is reviewed through increased collaboration and to ensure key gaps are resolved for process improvement.
